1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Wan2GP ("Wan2GP," "we," "us," or "our") covering your use of the AI video and image generation service at wan2gp.com (the "Service").

By signing up, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Wan2GP.

2. Description of Service

Wan2GP is an AI video and image generation service. Depending on the AI model you select, the Service can:

generate video from a text prompt (Text to Video);
animate a still image into video (Image to Video);
generate video guided by a reference clip plus a text prompt (Reference to Video);
generate or edit images from a text prompt (Image Generation / Editing).

Output is a downloadable video (MP4) or image file. Quality depends on the inputs you provide, model behavior, and current system conditions. The set of available models and modes may change over time; the generator interface reflects what is currently offered.

2.1 Free Tools (the "WanGP" Page)

The page at wan2gp.com/WanGP offers separately labeled free tools (a free image-to-video tool and a free text-to-image tool). They require no account, no subscription, and no credits, and using them creates no billing relationship with us.
The free tools run on shared, free compute capacity. Where we describe them as "unlimited," this means there is no per-account or per-plan generation cap; actual availability remains subject to shared capacity, fair-use allowances enforced by the upstream infrastructure, and queueing at busy times. We do not guarantee availability, queue position, or generation speed for the free tools.
Free-tool inputs (images and prompts) are transmitted from your browser directly to the third-party generation infrastructure that renders the result. Wan2GP servers do not receive or store free-tool inputs or outputs, and free-tool results are not saved to any history — download your file before leaving the page.
Free-tool outputs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of generated outputs requires an active paid subscription or a one-time credit pack (see Section 7.2). Your responsibilities and the restrictions in Sections 7.1, 8 (NSFW and Explicit Content Policy), 9 (Prohibited Activities), and 10 (AI Output Disclaimer) apply equally to the free tools.
We may modify, limit, or discontinue the free tools at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use Wan2GP.
Account creation. Most features require an account; the information you provide must be accurate and your own.
Account security. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

4.1 Credit System

The Service uses a credit-based system. Cost depends on the AI model and resolution you choose:
- Wan 2.2 (Image to Video / Text to Video): 480p = 10 credits/video, 720p = 20 credits/video. Output duration is fixed at approximately 5 seconds.
- Happy Horse 1.0 (Image to Video / Text to Video): 720p = 8 credits/sec, 1080p = 16 credits/sec. Output duration is user-selected (5 or 10 seconds).
- Seedance 2.0 (Text / Image / Reference to Video): 480p = 7 credits/sec, 720p = 16 credits/sec, 1080p = 35 credits/sec, 4K = 80 credits/sec. Output duration is user-selected (4–15 seconds).
- LTX 2.3 (Text / Image to Video): 720p = 3 credits/sec, 1080p = 6 credits/sec, 4K = 24 credits/sec. Output duration is fixed at 5 seconds.
- Nano Banana Pro (image generation / editing): 1K / 2K = 8 credits, 4K = 15 credits per image.
- GPT Image 2 (image generation / editing): 1K = 3 credits, 2K = 8 credits, 4K = 21 credits per image.
Examples: a Wan 2.2 480p task costs 10 credits; a 10-second Happy Horse 1080p task costs 160 credits.
An active paid subscription or a one-time credit pack is required to generate with the commercial models listed above. The separately labeled free tools on the WanGP page (see Section 2.1) are the exception: they run on shared free compute, require no subscription or credits, and are subject to their own capacity limits.
Each subscription plan grants a monthly credit allotment; one-time credit packs grant a fixed credit amount. Both are listed on the pricing page.
The exact credit cost of each task is displayed in the generator before you submit it.

4.2 Allocation and Expiration

Monthly subscriptions: the full monthly allotment is granted at the start of each billing period.
Annual subscriptions: credits are granted monthly across the year rather than all at once, even though billing is annual.
Unused subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
One-time credit pack credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are not affected by subscription billing cycles.
Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

4.3 Usage Limits and Fair Use

To keep the Service stable for everyone, we enforce:

Concurrency: Basic 1, Pro 2, Max 2 simultaneous tasks per user.
Daily safety cap: a per-tier daily task ceiling that prevents bursty abuse; under normal use it is well above your monthly allotment and you will not feel it.
Failure refund: if a task fails because of a system error on our side or our AI provider's side, the credits consumed for that task are returned to your balance automatically. This is a credit refund, not a cash refund.

We may revise these limits, the credit formula, or plan benefits with reasonable notice via the pricing page or in-product messaging.

4.4 Video Output

Video outputs are MP4 files. Available resolutions depend on the AI model:
- Wan 2.2: 480p or 720p.
- Happy Horse 1.0: 720p or 1080p.
- Seedance 2.0: 480p, 720p, 1080p, or 4K.
- LTX 2.3: 720p, 1080p, or 4K.
Output duration depends on the model:
- Wan 2.2: fixed at approximately 5 seconds.
- Happy Horse 1.0: user-selected at submit time (5 or 10 seconds).
- Seedance 2.0: user-selected at submit time (4–15 seconds).
- LTX 2.3: fixed at 5 seconds.
Audio depends on the model: Seedance 2.0 generates audio together with the video; other video models may produce silent output.
Image outputs are image files at the resolution tier you select (1K / 2K / 4K).

4.5 Downloading and Export

You can download MP4 outputs from your generation history. Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs generated on a paid subscription or credit pack for personal or commercial purposes. Free-tool outputs are limited to personal, non-commercial use (see Section 2.1).

5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

New subscriptions, upgrades, and credit-pack purchases are temporarily paused.
Transactions and subscriptions created before the pause remain governed by these Terms and the terms of the third-party processor identified on the applicable receipt or billing record.
Prices are displayed in USD.
If an existing subscription remains active, your prior authorization for recurring charges continues until cancellation, subject to processor availability.
Any taxes, duties, or similar charges that apply to your purchase are your responsibility.
Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
After cancellation, you keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Once cancellation takes effect, monthly credit grants stop and any remaining credits expire.

6.2 Refunds

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Unused credits within a billing period are not refunded.
Failed tasks: if a generation fails due to a system error, the credits used for that task are automatically restored to your balance. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund.
Exceptional circumstances: in rare cases, refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Granting one refund creates no obligation to grant others.

7. Your Content and Generated Outputs

7.1 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

The prompts, images, and reference videos you upload
Holding the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for those inputs (including for any real persons depicted)
The way you use the resulting outputs

You must not use the Service to break any law or to violate someone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or personality rights.

7.2 Ownership / Rights in Outputs

As between you and us, you retain your rights in the inputs you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, outputs generated under an active paid subscription or a one-time credit pack may be used for personal or commercial purposes. Outputs from the separately labeled free tools on the WanGP page are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only (see Section 2.1).

Important: none of this gives you rights in third-party material. If your input depicts a copyrighted character, a real person without consent, a trademarked work, or anything else you are not authorized to use, the resulting output is still infringing — and that is on you.

7.3 License to Operate the Service

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, store, process, and display your inputs and outputs only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, which covers:

Running the generation pipeline and returning your output
Powering your generation history
Enforcing usage limits, billing rules, and abuse prevention
Providing technical support and resolving issues

8. NSFW and Explicit Content Policy

You may not generate, upload, or distribute NSFW or sexually explicit material through Wan2GP. This covers nudity, pornographic content, sexual acts, sexualization of real persons or minors, and any related adult content — regardless of fictional framing. Violating accounts will be terminated immediately, and where the law requires, reported to authorities. No refunds are issued in these cases.

This policy applies to all inputs and all outputs across every Wan2GP feature, including:

Images and reference videos uploaded for supported video generation modes
Reference images uploaded for Image to Video
Text prompts entered for Image to Video / Text to Video
Any generated video or image produced by any model

Wan2GP and its model providers may reject requests or outputs through the safety controls available for the selected model. Safety coverage varies by model, so these controls do not replace your obligation to follow this policy. Content that is blocked is not delivered, and confirmed violations may result in generation restrictions or account action under the enforcement process below.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

Breaks any applicable law or facilitates illegal activity
Contains violence or gore
Contains hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence against an individual or group
Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to mislead (including phishing, spam, malware)
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy, or other intellectual or proprietary rights
Depicts real, identifiable people without their consent — including political figures, public figures, and private individuals — especially for harmful, deceptive, or non-consensual purposes (e.g. deepfakes)
Harasses, bullies, doxxes, or threatens any person
Sexualizes minors or contains content that exploits or endangers minors
Spreads disinformation intended to cause harm

You also agree not to:

Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or other technical safeguards
Use scripts, bots, or automation to abuse the Service
Disrupt service operations, security, or other users' access
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service or its underlying models

Enforcement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice, and without refund where the law allows.

Reporting Prohibited Generated Content

To report generated content that may violate these Terms, email support@wan2gp.com. Please provide enough information for us to identify the content, such as a page URL or generation/task identifier if available, and briefly explain your concern. Do not resend the prohibited content itself. We review reports against these Terms and may take action available under the Enforcement paragraph when we confirm a violation.

10. AI Output Disclaimer

Generated videos may be inaccurate, distorted, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended purpose.
Outputs depend on your inputs (image clarity, video framing, motion complexity), the resolution you select, model behavior, and current system conditions.
We do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy, identity preservation, or fitness for any purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them anywhere.

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Using the Service indicates your acceptance of those practices.

12. Service Availability and Changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features, limits, pricing, or the entire Service may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
Where significant changes are planned, we will give reasonable advance notice through the website or in-product messaging.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your continued use poses a risk to the Service, our providers, or other users.
Upon termination your right to use the Service ends; we may continue to retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business reasons.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT OUTPUT QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR ANY SPECIFIC RESULT.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAN2GP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wan2GP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from:

Your use of the Service
Your breach of these Terms
Your breach of any law or third-party right
Inputs you submit or outputs you generate through the Service
