Wan2GP is an online AI video generator that does two things quickly: it transfers any motion onto your character image (Photo Animate), or it replaces the performer in any existing video clip with your character (Character Swap). Most creators use it for TikTok dance challenges, talking-head explainer videos, AI presenter clips, MEME character swaps, VTuber animation, and reaction edits. One character image plus one short reference video plus one click β done.
Photo Animate (Wan2GP's first tab) takes your character photo plus a performer video, and outputs your character moving the way the performer moves. Use it when you have a still photo and want it to dance, speak, or gesture. Character Swap (Wan2GP's second tab) takes a source video plus your character image, and outputs the same video with the performer replaced by your character. Use it when you have an existing video and want to be in it. Same simple flow for both β just different inputs.
Wan 2.2 Animate (the engine behind Photo Animate and Character Swap) takes motion entirely from the reference video β what the performer in your clip does, your character does. Identity comes entirely from the character image β what your character looks like, the output looks like. A text prompt would do nothing in this reference-driven workflow, so we don't show one.
Any MP4 or MOV file up to 10MB and up to 30 seconds. For Photo Animate, the reference video should clearly show the motion you want copied β dancing, speaking, gesturing. For Character Swap, it's the source video whose performer you want replaced. Front-facing performers and steady framing get the cleanest Wan2GP results. Vertical TikTok-style clips work just as well as horizontal ones.
30 seconds is the per-job limit for Wan 2.2 Animate. Longer videos would need to be split and stitched, which Wan2GP doesn't currently do. 30 seconds covers TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, podcast clips, and most talking-head segments β which is what 95% of Wan2GP creators need anyway. Longer-form support is on the roadmap.
No. Wan2GP is a compliant commercial service β payment processors, app stores, and ad platforms do not allow NSFW content, and we follow the same rules. If you specifically need uncensored output, you'll need to run the open-source version locally on your own GPU. The online service intentionally doesn't serve that use case.
